The objective: To develop a grocery store from a project to promote safe drug use in the community. of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, totaling 32 districts, through the cooperation of grocery store operators and network partners. Methods: This study is a community participation action study, collecting data from specific grocery stores (purposive sampling method) in Year 2020 - 2023, number 7,262, 10,693, 9,146, locations. Operation has the following steps: 1. Planning with network partners. 2. Training to provide knowledge and understanding to grocery store operators. 3.Survey of the list of drugs sold and 4. Reflecting information back to network partners. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the relationship between personal factors and inappropriate drug distribution behavior was found using chi-square statistics. The results: The study found that grocery stores in Nakhon Ratchasima Province Distribution dangerous drugs and prohibited drugs in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 found a total of 1,539 places (20.45%), 1,598 places (14.94%), 5,905 places (64.65%), 1,463 places (44.74%) according to Sequence: In 2023, grocery stores were found distribution dangerous drugs. and drugs prohibited for distribution Decreased less than in 2022 by 19.91%, with statistical significance (p<0.001). In 2023, having Community participation in the development of 908 grocery stores found that grocery store operators' knowledge increased after the training with statistical significance from 66.85% to 93.94 %(p<0.001).  Drug distribution Danger and prohibition after training decreased significantly from 42.51% to 18.06 % (p<0.001), and model grocery stores promoting the rational use of drugs increased after training with statistical significance. From 57.49% to 81.94 %(p<0.001) Conclusion: From creating community participation, the “CS-KORAT Model” was created to solve the problem of distributing dangerous and prohibited drugs. and created a model grocery store that promotes the use of medicine in a reasonable manner.
