An Evaluation Reseach of a Policy Implementation of Healthy and medical Cannabis In Roi-Et Health Network ; Responsive Evaluation

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to assess input factors, processes and results of a policy implementation of healthy and medical cannabis in Roi-Et health network. Twenty of participants were a multidisciplinary team. 80 of network of growers, cannabis/marijuana herb processors and users, and 119 of patients or relatives. Implemented was during September, 2022. Data were collected using questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha coefficients of 0.89 and 0.92, respectively. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The study found that overall input factors were sufficient and appropriate (75%). The overall policy implementation process were at a high level (mean = 3.99, SD. = 0.52), health marijuana and the overall medical and medical (70.1%), and analysis of systemic context and readiness for policy implementation of hospitals found that the most included (mean = 3.69, SD = 0.78). And results of cannabis policy introduction showed that patients and relatives had knowledge about cannabis for health and medical, overall (70.1%).and analyzing systemic context and readiness for policy implementation in hospitals, it was found that overall was the most common (mean=3.69, SD=0.78).
