Abstract

The development and evaluation of an online steroid guide for the healthcare team aimed to 1) study beneficial steroid information for healthcare personnel, 2) create a steroid guide for healthcare teams, 3) develop a website to disseminate the steroid guide to the public, and 4) assess the satisfaction of the healthcare team regarding the online steroid guide. The evaluation spanned six months from October 2565 to March 2566. Regarding materials and methods, the study was divided into two phases. First, the media was developed by studying steroid information and creating online content to benefit healthcare personnel in the Khukhan district. Second, the satisfaction of the health care team was assessed using a questionnaire among 87 participants from the Khukhan Hospital and the sub-district Health Promotion Hospital. The questionnaire had three aspects, website design, content, and usefulness; each aspect was scored out of 5. Furthermore, the evaluation questionnaire was tested for content validity by three experts and tested for comprehension through the healthcare team who had similar characteristics to the sample group before use. The analysis of the satisfaction evaluation was conducted using descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation. The research study successfully developed an online steroid guide for the healthcare team, available on the website www.สเตียรอยด์.com. The overall satisfaction level was at a very high level (x̄ = 4.22). Additionally, participants provided suggestions to enhance the website by adding images, diagrams, and content for the general public.
