เจตคติของนักศึกษาต่อการใช้สื่อภาพยนตร์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางจิต

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติของนักศึกษาต่อการใช้สื่อภาพยนตร์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางจิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 3 รุ่นที่ 23/2 และ 23/3 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 191 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามเจตคติต่อการใช้สื่อภาพยนตร์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางจิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เจตคติของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 3 ต่อการใช้สื่อภาพยนตร์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางจิต โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า ข้อที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3 อันดับแรกคือ การใช้สื่อภาพยนตร์ในการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการพยาบาล บุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางจิตช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาในการดูแลผู้ป่วย ทำให้มีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานเป็นทีม และทำให้มีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนการสอนมากขึ้น ซึ่งทั้ง 3 ข้ออยู่ ในระดับดี การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า นักศึกษามีเจตคติที่ดีต่อการใช้สื่อภาพยนตร์ในการจัดเรียนการสอนโดยเฉพาะช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ การทำงานเป็นทีม และการมีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนการสอน ดังนั้นควรมีการสนับสนุนให้ผู้สอนได้ผลิตและพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางจิต ซึ่งจะช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้อย่างผู้มีภูมิรู้และเกิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract

This descriptive research aimed at studying the attitude toward using film as instruction media in a course of nursing care of people with mental health problems. The sample consisted of 191 Juniors Nursing Students, Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Suratthani who attended the course of nursing care of people with mental health problems. Subjects were asked to complete a questionnaire including attitude toward using film as instruction media in the course of nursing care of people with mental health problems. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results showed that the mean scores of overall attitude for using film were at a good level. Results regarding each item of attitude revealed that using film can improve the critical thinking and the problem solving to care for people with mental health problems, the team working, and the cooperative learning. The mean scores of these 3 items were at a good level. Results of this study reveal that nursing students had positive attitude toward using film as instruction media, especially improving critical thinking, team working, and cooperative learning. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to produce instruction media in the course of nursing care of people with mental health problems in order to enhance students’ learning skills to become knowledgeable and self-directed learners.
