IDDDHIPADA PRINCIPLES FOR SUCCESS AND HAPPYNESS IN WORK PERFORMANCE OF PERSONNEL PRIMARY CARE UNIT OF MUEANG DISTRICT, SURAT THANI PROVINCE.

Abstract

              The objectives of this research paper were as follows 1) To study on application of Idddhipada Principlesin work performance,2) To compare an application of Idddhipada Principles in work performance, in terms of sex, age, degree of education, personnelsection and monthly income as differently. 3) To study the suggestion on way to promote of Idddhipada Principles in work performance of personnel in primary care unit of Mueang district, Surat Thani province, about 248 persons, sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement, the samples were about 152 persons. Data collection by questionnaire. The statistics were applied as follows, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA and LSD method.
              The findings were as follows 1) The result on application of Idddhipada principles in work performance by overview in four aspects found that there were at more level, when considered in each aspect from more to less found that the aspect of Chandawas the highest mean and followed up the aspects of Viriyaand the aspect of Citta was the lowest mean respectively. when classificed in terms of sex, age,degree of education, personnel section and monthly income by overviews were at high level 2) The comparative result an application of Idddhipada principles in work performance, in terms of sex, degree of education, personnel section and monthly income found that by overview in four aspects, there were not different as statistically significance at .05. 3) The suggestion an application of Idddhipada principles in work performance found that the aspect of Chanda was highest recommendation had the satisfaction of a job to love in their work willing with a fine attitude to appreciate it, fine idea to love and appreciate the responsible,proud to be working in the organization of the Ministry of Health, makers to fully respect the organization's team, people need to work with the specific aptitude featured resources encourage staff operational decision.
