Abstract

Objective: To study for arrive at the factors effect to succeed of trauma care in emergency medical service.
Methods: A retrospective cohort study, data were collected from injury surveillance database at in Suratthani hospital during January 1, 2012, to March 31, 2018. All cases were follow-up the vital status until death or the end of study (March 31, 2018). All the variables of interest were retrieved from medical records and from Suratthani Hospital. The statistical analyses were used descriptive statistics, Kaplan Meier survival curves, Log-rank test, and Cox proportional hazard model.
Result: Trauma patients have 151,716 patients received all the distribution list and receive medical treatment 86,491.The 64,619 patients have lost data and does not know yet all so come list, survival analysis 3,892 In this number there are males more than females, and the age of 20 - 40 years of treatment in the emergency room, but the age is greater than or equal to 60+ years, the survival rate is less than even with treatment, and patients admitted to using
period is longer than 3 hours in the Emergency Department who will have fewer survival rates of medical care to breathe. To stop the bleeding and to reinforce the neck and bone, and so the water is associated with survival rate significantly (P values < 0.01) on the type of trauma injuries, blunt and penetrating style is important in life, but if there were injuries, there will be two kinds of shared care in emergency rooms, and survival rates are minimal.
Conclusion: our study found the factors effect to succeed of trauma care in emergency medical service were injuries, there will be two kinds of shared care in emergency rooms, and survival rates are minimal
