การละลายตัวของกระดูกรอบรากฟันเทียม ภายหลังการใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก ทับรากฟันเทียมในขากรรไกรล่าง

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาเพื่อศึกษาการละลายตัวของกระดูกรอบรากฟันเทียม ภายหลังการใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากทับรากฟันเทียมในขากรรไกรล่าง ผู้ป่วยที่มารับการรักษาที่กลุ่มงานทันตกรรม โรงพยาบาลระนอง จังหวัดระนองระหว่างปีพ.ศ.2553–พ.ศ.2560 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 51 ราย ถูกคัดเลือกเป็นกลุ่มศึกษาทั้งหมด จำนวน 51 ราย ทุกรายคนเป็นผู้ที่มีภาพถ่ายรังสีพาโนรามิคหรือภาพถ่ายรังสีรอบปลายรากฟันครบตามช่วงระยะเวลาที่กำหนด อายุเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มศึกษาคือ 65.3 ปี เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 64.7 และเพศชายร้อยละ 35.3 พบว่าหลังฝังรากฟันเทียมไปแล้ว 18 เดือน ร้อยละ 62.7ทั้งของรากฟันเทียมที่ฝังในผู้ป่วยที่ตำแหน่ง 33-34 และ 43-44 ตามลำดับ มีระดับกระดูกรอบรากฟันเทียมอยู่ที่ตำแหน่งผิวขัดมันของรากฟันเทียม การละลายตัวของกระดูกส่วนใหญ่ไม่เกิน 1/3 ของความยาวของรากฟันเทียม และไม่พบผู้ป่วยรายใดที่มีลักษณะเงาโปร่งรังสีรอบรากฟันเทียม
