Acardiac twin pregnancy : a case report

รายงานผู้ป่วยตั้งครรภ์แฝดที่ทารกทั้งคู่เสียชีวิตในครรภ์ ขณะอายุครรภ์ 29 สัปดาห์ วินิจฉัยด้วยคลื่นเสียงความถี่สูงได้ว่ามีภาวะ TRAP sequenceหลังจากยุติการตั้งครรภ์แล้วตรวจพบว่าทารกคนแรกไม่พบลักษณะภายนอกที่ผิดปกติทารกคนที่สองมีลักษณะเป็นacardiac twin จึงทบทวนความรู้เกี่ยวกับพยาธิกำเนิด พยาธิสภาพการวินิจฉัย และการรักษาภาวะ TRAP sequenceเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์รวมถึงพัฒนาคุณภาพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยสืบต่อไป
