การผ่าตัดเลื่อนกระดูกขากรรไกรร่วมกับการจัดฟัน : รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทความนี้เป็นกรณีศึกษาในการผ่าตัดเลื่อนกระดูกขากรรไกรล่างร่วมกับการจัดฟัน ผู้ป่วยรายนี้เป็นชายไทยอายุ 24 ปี รู้สึกฟันล่างคร่อมฟันบนและคางยื่นมาตั้งแต่ช่วงวัยรุ่น ตรวจพบการสบฟันผิดที่ปกติ ไม่สามารถบดเคี้ยวอาหารได้ ใบหน้ามีความสมมาตร ปลายคางตรงกับใบหน้า ได้รับการรักษาโดยการผ่าตัดขากรรไกรร่วมกับการจัดฟัน จากการติดตามผลการรักษา 6 เดือน พบแผลในช่อปากหายปกติ ผู้ป่วยมีความพึงพอใจกับใบหน้าตนเอง สามารถบดเคี้ยวอาหารได้ดีขึ้น
