ผลของบทเรียนออนไลน์ต่อความรู้และคุณภาพการคัดแยกระดับความรุนแรงผู้สูงอายุ ของพยาบาลห้องอบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน

บทนำ
ผู้สูงอายุเป็นกลุ่มที่มีแนวโน้มได้รับการคัดแยกตามความรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินที่ไม่ตรงกับความเป็นจริง การส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลมีความรู้ความเข้าใจกระบวนการสูงวัย ลักษณะจำเพาะ กลุ่มอาการสูงวัยและทักษะการคัดแยกระดับความรุนแรงผู้สูงอายุ อาจช่วยให้เพิ่มคุณภาพการคัดแยกระดับความรุนแรงและลดผลกระทบที่ตามมาได้
วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความรู้ และคุณภาพการคัดแยกระดับความรุนแรงผู้สูงอายุของพยาบาลห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ก่อนได้รับบทเรียนออนไลน์ หลังได้รับบทเรียนออนไลน์สัปดาห์ที่ 4 และ 8
วิธีการศึกษา
ศึกษากลุ่มเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ พยาบาลห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินโรงพยาบาลร้อยเอ็ดจำนวน 21 ราย ช่วงเดือนกรกฎาคม ถึงพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ.2565 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ บทเรียนออนไลน์ และคู่มือรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดความรู้ และแบบบันทึกการประเมินคุณภาพการคัดแยกระดับความรุนแรง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต่อเนื่องด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และทดสอบความแตกต่างคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ด้วยสถิติ ANOVA ชนิด Repeated Measures
ผลการศึกษา
1) คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความรู้ของพยาบาลห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินหลังได้รับบทเรียนออนไลน์ สัปดาห์ที่ 4 และ 8 สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับบทเรียนออนไลน์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F=1317.57, df=1, p<.001) 2) คุณภาพการคัดแยกระดับความรุนแรงผู้สูงอายุระหว่างก่อนและหลังได้รับบทเรียนออนไลน์ ในสัปดาห์ที่ 8 พบว่า คุณภาพการคัดแยกมีความถูกต้องจากร้อยละ 71.9 เพิ่มเป็นร้อยละ 80.0
สรุปผลการศึกษา
บทเรียนออนไลน์ในการศึกษานี้สามารถเพิ่มความรู้ของพยาบาลห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน และคุณภาพการคัดแยกระดับความรุนแรงผู้สูงอายุมีความถูกต้องเพิ่มขึ้น บทเรียนออนไลน์นี้อาจใช้เป็นแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบส่งแสริมความรู้สำหรับพยาบาลห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินต่อไป
