MARINE SPORTS MULTILATERAL COOPERATION ADMINISTRATION MODEL FOR SUSTAINABLE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN ANDAMAN PROVINCES

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the problems and needs of developing a multilateral management model of marine sports for sustainable tourism development in the southern Andaman coast provinces by semi-structured interviews of totally 8 people of government executives, educational administrators, local administrators and water sports establishment managers and needs analysis of 381 people from 7 groups of related parties by using mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Need Index; 2) to create and develop formats by organizing focus group of 50 people. Correctness and suitability confirmation of the model using IOC, median and interquartile range were analyzed by 18 experts; 3) to examine the quality of benefit / possibility by asking for opinions from 50 persons involved by using Median and Inter Quartile Range.
The result of the research showed that multilateral management of water sports for tourism development consisted of 4 aspects: organization aspect consisting of 3 components and 9 indicators, planning aspect consisting of 3 components and 9 indicators, learning management aspect consisting of 3 components and 10 indicators and standard professional certification consisting of 3 components and 10 indicators. Accuracy development results showed that the median (MD) was at 5.00 of 37 items and at 4.00 of 1 item. Quartile Interval (IQR) was at 0.00 of 19 items, at 0.25 of 5 items and at 1.00 of 14 items. The results of the confirmation of the suitability of the experts showed that the median (MD) was at 5.00 of 23 items and at 4.00 of 15 items continually, and the Quartile Range (IQR) was at 0.00 of 8 items and at 1.00 of 30 items of all criteria. In case of quality examination involved in the benefits / possibilities, it was found that the developed models were able to be put into practice.
