PARTICIPATION MANAGEMENT IN SPORTS SCHOOL UNDER THE INSTITUTE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE CENTRAL REGION

Abstract
This research aimed to investigate participation management in sports schools under Institute of Physical Education in the central region and compare the opinions on participation management in sports schools under Institute of Physical Education in the central region in relation to personal factors. It was conducted in a quantitative research. The 155 samples were selected from a 260 population by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling methods of R. V. Krejcie and D. W. Morgan. A constructed questionnaire, the reliability of which was found at 0.95, was used as a tool of this research. The data analysis was conducted in mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and t-test.
The findings revealed that participation management in sports schools under Institute of Physical Education in the central region was found at a high level as a whole ( = 4.01, S.D. = 0.53). No significant differences were found in gender, educational level and personnel classification at the level of .05, but significant differences were found in working experience at the level of .05. As separated aspects, significant differences were found in independence in work, trust and organizational commitment at the level of .05.
