THE DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION SUBJECTS LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF CHIANG MAI UNIVERSITY IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract

This objectives of this study are to: 1) study the status of the physical education subjects learning management of Chiang Mai University in the 21st century, 2) develop model of the physical education subjects learning management of Chiang Mai University in the 21st century, and 3) evaluate the physical education subjects learning management of Chiang Mai University in the 21st century. The three steps of this study comprise: 1) Studying the state of physical education learning organization of Chiang Mai University in the 21st century with 300 samples. by the questionnaire comprising five components, Student, Instructor, Pedagogy, Content and Environment; 2) Developing learning organization model of physical education in the 21st century with nine persons including experts and lecturers in the physical education department by the focus group discussion used for appropriateness evaluation of the physical education learning organization of Chiang Mai University in the 21st century; and 3) Evaluating physical education learning organization model with 300 participants to find out the usability and possibility of the proposed model in the 21st century.     


The research results are as follows: 1) The status showed that the overall of physical education subjects learning management of Chiang Mai University in the 21st century was at a high level. The highest level was found in Process. Next were Environment and Instructor respectively. 2)The development and testing of the physical education subjects learning management model of Chiang Mai University in the 21st century consisted of five components (SIPCE) are Student, Instructor, Pedagogy (Planning, Acting, Concluding and Evaluating), Content and Environment. The model was appropriate and accurate to perform at the high level. 3) The evaluation of this study presented that the physical education subjects learning management of Chiang Mai University in the 21st century was found at high feasibility and utility level.
