PROMOTING BRAIN HEALTH VIA NEUROBIC EXERCISE

Abstract
Neurobics exercise is an optional strategy to maintain and slow down the process of brain deterioration. This exercise involves with various muscles regarding the effective synchronization of movement. Therefore, neurobic exercise can enhance the nerve impulse and interconnections among different information within the brain. Principles of neurobic exercise can be performed by activating the five physical senses of sight, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching. The five senses can be stimulated by changing one or more of senses in a novel context, stepping outside normal life circumstance and breaking a routine activity in a different way.
