Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an international cooperative development model for 21st century education excellence of demonstration schools under university in Thailand. The key informants in this study were 12 specialists, and the suitability of the model was verified from 21 demonstration schools. This study employed mixed methods of research. The instruments applied in the study consisted of semi-structured interview questionnaire and 5-rating questionnaire for confirmatory model. The statistical devices employed in the study were median and Inter-quartile range.


            The findings reveled that:


  1. There were 6 aspects of international cooperative development model for 21st century education excellence of demonstration schools including 1) policy 2) realm of curriculum 3) teachers 4) extra activities provided through teaching management 5) administrative support and 6) students.

  2. Five models of the international cooperative development model for 21st century education excellence of demonstration schools; 1) network cooperation 2) formal cooperation 3) semiformal cooperation 4) informal cooperation and 5) flexible cooperation were identified.

3. The result of the confirmatory model of international cooperative development model for 21st century education excellence of demonstration schools was congruent with the empirical data.
