FACTORS AFFECTING THE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY (PLC) OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 7

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the professional learning community (PLC), administrator factors, teacher factors and supporting factors, including the relationship of each factor affecting the professional learning community (PLC) of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7. The samples were 338 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7 obtained by stratified random sampling. The data collected by 5-rating-scale questionnaires were divided into 2 sections as follows 1) The questions about PLC and 2) The questions about factors affecting PLC, compost administrator factors, teacher factor, and supporting factors. The reliability of questionnaire was 0.98. The data were analyzed by mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), simple correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of the research were as follows:
1) The Professional Learning Community and factors affecting schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7, overall and each aspect were found at a high level. 2) The school administrator factors, teacher factors and supporting factors under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7 were positive correlation with PLC at nearly high with statistically significant at 0.01 level. 3) The school administrator factors, teacher factors and supporting factors affecting the Professional Learning Community of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7 with statistically significant at 0.01 level. 4) The school administrator factor, teacher factors and supporting factors, could predict the Professional Learning Community of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7 with 81.20 percent with the predicted equation as follows:
