THE STUDY OF VOLLEYBALL DEVELOPMENT MODEL IN CHONBURI REGIONAL EDUCATION AREA

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the model of volleyball development in Chonburi Regional Education Area by using Delphi Technique. The samples for this study comprised of 18 specialists who involved with volleyball in Chonburi Regional Education
Area.
The results were as follow: 1. Competitive management element should be competed by classification. 2. Competitive duration element should be competed in December.
- Fiscal supported office should be supported by Provincial Administration Division. 4. Fiscal earning procedure should be earned from Chonburi Sports Association. 5. Supporting Unit should be Chonburi Sports Association. 6. Supporting procedure, operator of competitive management should sponsor the sports clothes, training instrument, food, drinks and travel allowance of competitive team. 7. Competitive place should be in Institute of Physical Education Chonburi Campus. 8. Competitive place element should include clean toilet, enough water supply. 9. List of the competitions should be in levels of academic area. 10. Competitive programming procedure should be classified by class and category, if there are many teams in the competition, the competition management should be in the procedure of drawing lots. 11. Competitive audiences should include students. 12. Competition public relations should send letters to every schools. 13. Personnel training should train the trainers
