Factors Analysis of Career Competent for Students of Physical Education and Sport Science in Institute of Physical Education : The Vision by 3 Models

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors of career competent for the students in Physical Education and Sports Science Program through exploring the institutes, organizations, instructors and students opinion.
The sample groups were 115 institutes, 115 organizations and 253 instructors, those were simple random sampling. And 399 students in Physical Education and Sports
Science program which were stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed with exploration factor analysis The factors were analyzed with Extraction of initial factor component factor model together with the Orthogonal Rotation of Varimax Rotation.
The Result of the research are :
- The Exploration Factor Analysis of students, instructors, institutes and organizations were 11 factors career competent for students of Physical education and 6 Factors for Sports Science programs and each program focused on the knowledge and performance concern with their job.
- The result of career competent factors analysis for the students of Physical Education program : 11 important factors were found. They are ; Having an up date knowledge, Personality and morality, Using sport equipments, Well - informed of curriculum, The competent for Physical Education test and measurement, Knowledge of teaching skills, Knowledge and competent of Physical Education , Knowledge and understanding Physical Education concerning, Teaching competent, Moral of instructors, and Being interested in Physical Education career.
- The result of career competent factors analysis for the students of Sports Science program : 6 important factors were found. They are ; Knowledge and understanding sports science, Job habits, Personal characteristics, Job behaviors, competent of people communication, and Good attitude toward the organization.
