Teachers’ Perception. Utilization and Development of Modern Education Technology for Learning-Tea Management in Institute of Physical Education

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the level of the teachers' value perception, utilization and development of the modern education technology for learning-teaching management in Institute of Physical Education and to compare the value perception, utilization and modern education technology for learning-teaching management among the teachers in Institute of Physical Education divided by campuses and faculties. The sample group used in this research was the teachers of Institute of Physical Education by using Two-Stage Stratified Random Sampling. The number of 268 persons was selected from the sample group. The instrument used in collecting the data in the research was the questionnaire.
To analyze the quality of the questionaire by IOC. And evaluating the reliability by coefficient alpha. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.9861. The statistics used were Mean and Standard deviation. The one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA).
The results were found that : The teachers had an opinion about the modern education technology for the holistical learning-teaching management in the level of “Moderate". The teachers reported high level of value perception about the modern technology for the holistical learning-teaching management. They showed an opinion about usage of the modern technology for the holistical learning-teaching management in the level of “Moderate". The teachers had an opinion about the development of modern technology for the holistical learning-teaching management in the level of "Moderate". Moreover, the teachers of 17 campuses from different faculties of Institute of Physical Education reported no statistically significant level, about the value perception, utilization and the development of the modern education technology for the learning-teaching management. Concluded that all teachers and all of campuses. The perception value of modern technology in teaching-learning at a high level. Use of modern technology in teaching-learning overall is moderate. And the development of advanced technologies in teaching-learning overall is moderate.
