THE EFFECT OF TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THAI NATIONAL SPECIAL POWER WEIGHT LIFTING ATHLETES ON ANAEROBIC AND 1RM FLAT BENCH PRESS PERFORMANCE

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the effect of training program for thai national special power weight lifting athletes on anaerobic and 1RM flat bench press performance, The sample group studied was thai national special power weight lifting athletes team, number 18 people, and practice with athletes training program raise the weight of the disabled thai national team for 8 weeks. The obtained data analyzed and statistics in term of means and standard deviation, t-test dependent significant differences at the 0.05
The study indicated that
1.The means of anaerobic capacity after training with the training program for Thai national special power weight lifting athletes was 476.53 ± 159.59 watts and the means of anaerobic capacity before training was 453.47 ± 150.08 watts. The means after training increased more than before training. (23.06 watt)
- Result of comparison of means and standard deviation differences of anaerobic capacity before and after training with the training program for Thai national special power weight lifting athletes were significant differences at the 0.05
- The means of 1RM in the flat bench press after training with the training program for Thai national special power weight lifting athletes was 143.11 ± 45.29 kg and the means of 1RM weight in the flat bench press before training is 134.11 ± 45.29 kg. The means after training increased more than before training. (9.00 Kg)
