The Evaluative Quality of Graduate Students in Teaching Profession's Diploma Program of the Institute of Physical Education At Samut Sakhon Campus

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the quality of graduate diploma of teaching profession on knowledge and ability in working and ability in teaching and self - care. Second, to compare the opinion about grad. Dip. (teaching profession) personality and to study the adaptation and development of grad. Dip. (teaching profession),s graduate of the Institute of Physical Education At Samut Sakhon Campus. The sample size were 250 administrators, Head of learning area and graduated students seperated in 3 sample size. The research tools were check-list open-ended questionnaires and 5 rating scale. Analysing data by percentage means standard and one way analysis of variance. The resuts were as following;

Knowledge and ability in teaching profession : the administrators. Head of learning area and graduated students had agree on overall and each item in the high level,

administrators. Head of learning area had the same high level opinion on using basic computer and internet, Head of learning area and graduated students had agreed on child center knowledge management in the high level, the administrators and graduated students had the same opinion about the ability of using Thai communication,s graduated (listening, speaking, reading and writing) in the high level.

Knowledge and ability in working : the administrators. Head of learning area and graduated students had overall opinion in the high level. For opinion on each item it was in the higest level, administrators and Head of learning had the same opinion that

the graduated students could create good atmosphere and relationship with other

people in the high and highest respectively, Head of learning area and graduated students had the same opinion that the graduated students could work with other people and could held develop students efficiency in the high level, administrators and graduated students had the same opinion that the graduated students could work with other people in the highest level. Knowledge and teaching ability : the administrators Head of learning area and graduated had overall opinion and each item in the high level which the same opinion about graduated could manage knowledge activities with child center in the high level. Knowledge and ability for self-care. The administrators Head of leaning area graduated students had overall agreement in the high level and had the highest level for each item, they had the same opinion that the graduated ones had love and kindness to taking care of their students in the highest level.

Development quality of graduated students : the administrators Head of learning area and graduated students had the same opinion that the Teachers Council of Thailand could keep opening the curriculum due to it could create the opportunity for graduated students from other departments to get teaching license profession. Quality of Grad Dip. (teaching profession) of the Institute of Physical Education Samut Sakhon Campus : Head of leaning area and graduated students have the same opinion that the institute had hearly the same standard and quality with others. The development of the quality of graduated curriculum : the administrators, Head of learning area and graduated students had the same opinion about the improvement on knowledge skills and service

mind.

For the comparison of Knowledge and ability of graduated students, the three groups of respondent had the same opinion.
