EFFECTS OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION USING COOPERATIVE LEARNING TECHNIQUE ON SKILLS OF HANDBALL AND TEAMWORK OF FOURTH GRADE STUDENTS

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the effects of learning management of physical education by using the cooperative learning technique as a competition category between team game on skills of handball and teamwork of fourth graders, 2) to compare basic handball skills and teamwork skills among students who were instructed with the cooperative learning technique as a competition category between team game and those who were instructed with conventional method. The samples of this study were 36 fourth grade students of Ban Muangchum School divided into two groups; the experiment group of 18 students taught with the cooperative learning technique as a competition category between team game and the control group of 18 students taught with conventional method. The research tools were eight lesson plans (IOC = 0.96) and the assessment form of teamwork skills of which validity was 0.86. The analysis of this qualitative data was shown in mean, standard deviation and t-test for comparison.
The results showed that there was a significant difference at a significant level of .05 level between experiment group students’ mean scores on the basic skill of handball and of control group students after the experiment.Moreover, the mean scores after the experiment of the experiment group on teamwork skills were higher than those of the control group at a significant level of .05
