The Administration Model of the Thailand Institute of Physical Education for the next dacade

Abstract
This research aims at the study were to construct and evaluate a model of The Thailand Institute of Physical Education in The Decade. The methodology were using Delphi Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research (EDFR) and using focus group discussion technique in testing the situation of the model.
The results show that The Administration Model of The Thailand Institute of Physical Education in The Decade is qualify and can be put in Action include the 121 articles. The Philosophical vision policy has 25 articles. The Administrative structure has 14 articles. The mission consists of: Strategic Management10 Articles: Personal Management 5 articles: Budget administrations 14 Articles: relying on oneself 4 Articles: Teaching 3 articles: Researching 5 articles: community serves 6 articles: using and Technology development 8 articles: art and cultural local preservation 6 articles: Communication 2 articles. The moves organization has 8 articles. The last assessment and guaranteeing quality has 11 articles. The results of The Administration Model of The Thailand Institute of Physical Education in The Decade as validated by administrators and teachers suggest the same exact model as it was validated by the panel experts: comprise of 5 parts and 121 articles.
