Construction Works Administration Effectiveness of District Stadium of the Department of Physical Education

Abstract
The purposes of this study were: 1) to study district stadiums construction administration of the Department of Physical Education; 2) to study construction effectiveness of district stadiums of the Department of Physical Education; 3) to study relations of effectiveness and administration; and 4) to search for the way in which to increase effectiveness of district stadiums of the Department of Physical Education can be increased.
The construction areas in this study were district stadiums of the Department of Physical Education, 21 of which were constructed in 2012 and 30 in 2013. The s group included 2,159 people from the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Department of Physical Education, the Office of Provincial Tourism and Sports, the Organization of Local Administration, and construction companies. Questionnaires, interviews and observations were used as tools for data collection. The results of the study were based on quantitative data analysis by Canonical Correlation and Path Analysis.
It was found from the study that the effectiveness in terms of the organization's adjustment, timely achievement of goals and the quality of construction account fo high level in every aspect. Meanwhile, organization administration of its planning or policy, strategic planning and operation plan were found also to be at a high level in every aspect.
From this primary study, an analysis of the construction administration of an effectiveness model of the district stadiums of the Department of Physical Education. It was also found from previous analysis that the approach towards effectiveness of the onstruction administration rested on the planning at a policy level, stragegic management and operational plans. All the aforesaid factors contributed to effectiveness in terms of quality of work standards. They also had appropriate budgets, knowledge and understanding of the matter. If these findings are raised and presented to the Department of Physical Education, effectiveness of administration of the district stadiums construction shall be improved in the years to come.
