Sport Nutrition for Aquatic Sports

Abstract
Sport nutritional for the aquatic sports was reviewed from the articles, journal, and research. The aims were reviewed the nutritional of aquatic sports for the balanced energy intake with energy requirements for physical training, nutritional strategies that impact training adaptation, post exercise recovery and different type of training and eating disorders in aquatic sports. The nutrition for aquatic sports was not only for training but also for the development for all phase competition. When the young athletes were organized by coach, parent or others, they should be nutrition planning from injuries and well being.
