Abstract

The research “A Model Enhancing Thai People’s Well - being based on New Normal Concept for Faculty Member’s Professional Network” was part of the development of faculty member’s professional network in higher education institutions at northern to enhance Thai people’s well-being based on the concept of new normal. This research aimed to study a model enhancing Thai people’s well - being based on new normal concept for faculty member’s professional network in accuracy and propriety standard. The sample group was 8 higher education by purposive sampling who major in health and physical education and sport science. The questionnaire on the model enhancing Thai people’s well-being based on the new normal concept for faculty members’ professional network met the accuracy standard and feasibility standard with 5 rating scale. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean and S.D. The research found that; 1) model enhancing Thai people’s well - being based on new normal concept for faculty member’s professional network met the accuracy standard at the highest level 2) model enhancing Thai people’s well - being based on new normal concept for faculty member’s professional network was met feasibility standard at the highest level. 3) model enhancing Thai people’s well - being based on new normal concept for faculty member’s professional network has 24 components 1) objectives 2) theory of health behaviors in group and community level 3) community empowerment 4) Lan - Na health related 5) Lub - Lae health related 6) Song - Kwae health related 7) Phet - Bura health related 8) Chao - Phraya health related 9) TWENMEN Model 10) model networking 11) well - being based on new normal concept 12) activity structure of enhancing well - being based on new normal 13) activity guideline 14) goal of enhancing well - being based on new normal 15) characteristic desire 16) activity content 17) activity describe 18) standard, key indicator and activity content  of enhancing well-being based on new normal 19) timing structure activity 20) activity 21) evaluation and measurement 22) definition 23) well - being scale and 24) well - being measurement tool.
