DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF SECOND YEAR STUDENTS AT SUKHOTHAI COLLEGE OF DRAMATIC ARTS BY USING KR.4 LEARNING MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) construct and perform the efficiency of child centered KR.4 learning management process according to active learning management;
2) compare the learning management skills before and after implementing the child centered KR.4; 3) study the students’ opinions on learning. The populations were 2 classes (49 second - year students) from Sukhothai College of Dramatic Arts during the second semester of the academic year 2022. The samples were 24 second - year students in the class of 2/2 selected by cluster random sampling. The employed research instruments were the KR.4 learning management process, rubric score for assessment of learning management skills and questionnaire on students’opinions using the child centered KR.4. The statistics used to analyze data were mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), t - test for dependent samples, the E1 /E2 efficiency index and typological analysis (domain analysis). The results of the research were as follows; 1) The efficiency of child centered KR.4 learning management process focused on the interaction between learner and instructor and applying the knowledge that learners have constructed by themselves to use in real practice were higher than the criterion score 80/80, with the efficiency percentage was 80.41/97.50. 2) Mean of learning management skills of students after implementing child centered KR.4 learning management process was higher ( = 9.7500, S.D. = 0.53161) than that before ( = 5.2083, S.D. = 1.06237) at the statistically significance .01 level. 3) The opinion of students toward the child center KR.4 learning management process was positive, in the aspects of having more knowledge and developed learning management skills and preparation for teaching practicum and teaching profession in the future.
