THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROMOTING FOOTBALL REFEREE GUIDELINES FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION MAJOR STUDENTS, THAILAND NATIONAL SPORTS UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The research aims to develop of promoting football referee guidelines for physical education major students, at Thailand National Sports University through mixed - method research. Conceptual 5 aspects comprised, 1) guidelines promoting and support, 2) organization management, 3) qualifications to be referee sports, 4) preparation of students, and 5) sports refereeing experience. The target group was divided into 3 groups. The first target group was 381 the academic year 2022 physical education major students, at Thailand National Sports University, the second target group was 7 football referee promotion specialists, and the third target group was 15 experts. The research instruments consisted of Demand Survey, a Semi - structured Interview, and Guidelines Confirmation with Group Discussion The statistics for information analysis were Frequency Percentage.
The results of this research found that: The development of promoting football referee guidelines for physical education major students, at Thailand National Sports University included 5 aspects, 16 items; 1) guidelines promoting and support, (3 items); 2) organization management, (6 items); 3) qualifications to be referee sports, (1 items); 4) preparation of students, (1 items); and 5) sports refereeing experience, (5 items), The development of promoting football referee guidelines for physical education major students, Thailand National Sports University can be applied to promote football referee guidelines for physical education major students, Thailand National Sports University, moreover, the experts confirmed the research results is Thailand National Sports University can be to policy and strategy, including can be applied to promote football referee guidelines to other agencies.
