PROBLEMS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS UNDER THE PHUKET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This research aimed to investigate and to compare problems in learning management of physical education teachers under the Phuket Primary Educational Service Area Office (Phuket PESAO). The participants, classified by sex and teaching experiences, were a total of 49 people. The data collection was by mixed methods research. The quantitative data were from 41 PE teachers under the Phuket PESAO. The instrument was a questionnaire on the problems in the PE learning management of PE teachers under the Phuket PESAO in 5 aspects: 1) problems in learning management, 2) locations and teaching aids for learning management, 3) learners, 4) PE teachers, and 5) administrators. The qualitative data were derived from 8 PE teachers at professional and senior professional levels under the Phuket PESAO. The instrument was an interview on the problems in PE learning management of PE teachers under the Phuket PESAO. Statistical data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t - test, and one - way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The statistical significance was set at the .05 level.
The findings revealed that, overall, the problems in PE learning management of PE teachers under the Phuket PESAO were at a moderate level. The results of comparisons, overall, on problems in PE learning management of PE teachers under the Phuket PESAO, in terms of sex and teaching experiences, were not different.
