สภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพลศึกษาของครูพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูพลศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยจำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์ในการสอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 49 คน การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสมผสาน โดยเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากครูพลศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต จำนวน 41 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพลศึกษาของครูพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต จำนวน 5 ด้าน คือ 1) ปัญหาด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) ด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) ด้านผู้เรียน 4) ด้านครูผู้สอน พลศึกษา 5) ด้านผู้บริหาร เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากครูผู้สอนวิชาพลศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ตที่มีวิทยฐานะชำนาญการและชำนาญการพิเศษ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาพลศึกษาของครูพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t - test Independent) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) กำหนดความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
