Abstract

The research aims to study 1) the role of educational administrators in pilot secondary schools in the Eastern Region Educational Innovation Area. 2) the skills of creating agreements for developing the work of teachers in pilot secondary schools in the Eastern Region Educational Innovation Area, and 3) the relationship between roles. Of school administrators with skills in creating agreements to develop the work of teachers in pilot secondary schools in the Eastern Education Innovation Area, The sample group used in the research included school administrators and teachers. The secondary school's pilot educational innovation area, 292 students, was obtained by stratified random sampling. The research tools used were research questionnaires. The confidence value is 0.88 and 0.95. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The study results revealed as follows: (1) The role of educational institution administrators in the Eastern Education Innovation Area Overall, is at a high level. (2) Skills in creating agreements to develop the work of teachers in the Eastern Education Innovation Area. Overall, it is at a high level and (3) school administrators role is related to creating agreements to develop the work of teachers in the Eastern Education Innovation Area. The picture is at a high level of statistical significance at the .01 level.
