THE EFFECT OF LEAD-UP GAMES PROGRAM AND GENERAL DRIBBLING DRILLS ON FUTSAL PLAYERS BALL DRIBBLING SKILL

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study and compare between lead-up games and general dribbling drills on futsal plays ball dribbling skill. The sample was 20 female futsal players. The participants matching group design were divided into two groups of ten players: the Thai folk game program and general dribbling drills group. The training group took 60 minutes per day, 3 days per week, for 6 weeks. Using futsal dribbling skill test with a reliability of 0.95. Were made before and after training 4 and 6 week, both within and between groups. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, one–way ANOVA Repeated of variance with repeated measures, Independent – sample t-test and Two – Way ANOVA Repeated Measure
The research findings were as follows:
- Within the group, before and after training 4 and 6 week the statistically difference at the level of 0.05. The shown that training program enhanced dribbling speed, thus reducing time.
- Between the group, before on differences and after training 4 and 6 week the statistically difference at the level of 0.05. The shown that training time has an effect on the improvement in the ability to develop effective dribbling skills. Moreover, the Thai folk game program better in terms of time compared to general dribbling drills.
- Analysis of the interaction between training programs on dribbling skills. There is no difference. And training program with training interval statistically difference at the level of 0.05
