ศักยภาพของชุมชนในด้านการออกกำลังกายแบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ตำบลบึงน้ำรักษ์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพของชุมชนในด้านการออกกำลังกายแบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ตำบลบึงน้ำรักษ์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้นําชุมชนของตำบลบึงน้ำรักษ์ จํานวน 6 คน ผู้นําการออกกําลังกาย จํานวน 4 คน และผู้ออกกําลังกาย จํานวน 38 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้นำชุมชน และผู้นำการออกกำลังกาย และการใช้แบบสอบถามกับผู้ออกกำลังกาย ซึ่งความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง) เท่ากับ 0.94 โดยทำการตรวจสอบความเชื่อถือได้ของข้อมูลโดยการใช้วิธีสามเส้า
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศักยภาพของชุมชนในด้านการออกกำลังกายแบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 4.05, S.D. = .91) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านความยึดมั่นผูกพันของชุมชน และด้านกิจกรรมการออกกำลังกายมีคะแนนสูงกว่าด้านอื่น และลำดับถัดไป คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ด้านบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และความพร้อมของพื้นที่ ด้านภาวะผู้นำชุมชน ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายกับหน่วยงานภายนอก ตามลำดับ แต่ด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายกับหน่วยงานภายนอกต่ำกว่าทุกด้าน เนื่องจากชุมชนตำบลบึงน้ำรักษ์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอกเพียง 2 แหล่ง คือ ด้านงบประมาณจากสำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สปสช.) และด้านความรู้ด้านการออกกำลังกายจากมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตกรุงเทพ ซึ่งไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของชุมชน
