การพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเมืองกีฬาโดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยตามเทคนิคเดลฟาย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ การพัฒนาและนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเมืองกีฬา การดำเนินการวิจัยจำแนกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการบริหารจัดการเมืองกีฬา โดยการศึกษาสำรวจ เอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการและการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ระยะที่ 1 พัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเมืองกีฬา โดยการรวบรวมและสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยตามเทคนิคเดลฟายจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ระยะที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ความเหมาะสมหรือปฏิบัติได้จริงของแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเมืองกีฬาที่พัฒนาขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ขั้นตอนที่ 3) ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปปฏิบัติ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและกลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัตินำไปใช้ โดยการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเมืองกีฬาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านนโยบายและการวางแผน ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและด้านวิชาการ ผลการวิเคราะห์ มีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและสอดคล้องกันทุกด้าน การยืนยันรูปแบบโดยการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เป็นผู้ใช้ รวมถึงตัดสินความเป็นไปได้ แนวทางการบริหารจัดการเมืองกีฬา มีความสอดคล้องกันตลอดจน ฉันทามติทุกคนเห็นด้วยว่าองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการเมืองกีฬาเป็นไปได้จริงทุกประการ
