การพัฒนาหลักสูตรอบรมส่งเสริมความสามารถด้านการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ฐานสมรรถนะของครูสุขศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อนำเสนอหลักสูตรอบรมส่งเสริมความสามารถด้านการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะของครูสุขศึกษา การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้น คือ ขั้นที่ 1 ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และการวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์เอกสารตำราและงานวิจัยเกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่ใช้ในการสร้างหลักสูตรอบรมที่ส่งผลต่อความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะของครูสุขศึกษา ขั้นที่ 3 สร้างหลักสูตรอบรม ขั้นที่ 4 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตรอบรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน ตรวจพิจารณาคุณภาพของหลักสูตร 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร โดยใช้แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร 2) ประเมินความสอดคล้องของหลักสูตร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีองค์ประกอบดังนี้ 1) หลักการและความเป็นมา 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) หน่วยการเรียนรู้ 5 หน่วย แต่ละหน่วยประกอบด้วย (1) สาระสำคัญ (2) วัตถุประสงค์การจัดการเรียนรู้ (3) สาระการเรียนรู้ (4) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (5) สื่อและแหล่งการเรียนรู้ และ (6) วิธีการวัดและประเมินผล 4) กิจกรรมที่ใช้ 5) ระยะเวลาของหลักสูตรอบรม 6) สื่อที่ใช้ 7) การประเมินผล และ 8) แผนการอบรม โดยใช้เวลาในการฝึกอบรม 3 วัน ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้านความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรอบรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 4.45 หมายถึง มีความเหมาะสมมาก และมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของหลักสูตรอบรมเท่ากับ 0.95
