ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับข่าวสาร การรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
กระแสนิยมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเป็นไปอย่างแพร่หลายในสังคมไทย โดยเฉพาะมีแนวโน้มการใช้สูงมากขึ้นในกลุ่มวัยรุ่น ด้วยความเชื่อผิด ๆ ที่มักได้รับการโฆษณาชวนเชื่อว่าบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าปลอดภัยมากกว่าบุหรี่ทั่วไปซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้กลุ่มวัยรุ่นมีโอกาสที่จะบุหรี่ไฟฟ้ามากขึ้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้ข่าวสาร การรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และแนวโน้มการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการเปิดรับข่าวสารการรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับข่าวสาร การรับรู้ ทัศนคติ กับแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 600 คน จากนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยสุ่มด้วยวิธีแบบแบ่งชั้น คัดเลือกนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายที่เป็นตัวแทนในแต่ละโรงเรียนแบ่งตามระดับชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า อยู่ในระดับน้อย การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า และทัศนคติต่อบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า อยู่ในระดับกลาง และแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยนักเรียนได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า จากคนใกล้ชิด ครอบครัว / เพื่อน เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลที่มีการเปิดรับข่าวสารมากที่สุด ส่วนประเด็นที่มีการรับรู้มากที่สุด คือ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าไม่มีสารที่ก่อให้เกิดโรคมะเร็ง ประเด็นเกี่ยวกับทัศนคติที่มากที่สุด คือ การสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าทำให้เป็นที่ยอมรับ (ดูเท่ห์) และแนวพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้ามากที่สุด คือ ใน 1 สัปดาห์นักเรียนจะสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในความถี่ มากกว่า 7 ครั้ง / สัปดาห์ (2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์กับแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าพบว่า การเปิดรับข่าวสารมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงลบขนาดต่ำ (r = - 0.12) การรับรู้ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน (r = 0.00) และทัศนคติมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกขนาดกลาง (r = 0.65) สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่า การเปิดรับข่าวสาร และทัศนคติมีความสัมพันธ์กับแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า และการรับรู้ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าอย่างมีนัยยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
