บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูปฐมวัยในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูปฐมวัยในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร ซึ่งการวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ จากการเก็บข้อมูลแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 176 ชุด จาก 102 โรงเรียน ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูปฐมวัย ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสำคัญมากที่สุดทั้ง 10 ด้าน ( = 4.525, S.D. = 0.235) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า สมรรถนะด้านจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด (
= 4.659, S.D. = 0.282) รองลงมา คือ สมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน (
= 4.625, S.D. = 0.297) และสมรรถนะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ สมรรถนะด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง (
= 4.352, S.D. = 0.400) 2) สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูปฐมวัยในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาครทั้ง 10 ด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกคู่ ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันสูงสุด คือ สมรรถนะด้านการประเมินพัฒนาการและการประเมินผู้เรียนกับสมรรถนะด้านการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้ รองลงมา คือ สมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนกับสมรรถนะด้านการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้ และตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันต่ำที่สุด คือ สมรรถนะด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง กับสมรรถนะด้านจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู
