บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้และความคาดหวังของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพการบริหารจัดการกีฬา ภายใต้สถานการณ์โควิด - 19 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตภาคใต้ ดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การสนทนากลุ่มแบบออนไลน์ จากสถานประกอบการและอาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร จำนวน 36 คน ระยะที่ 2 แบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาการบริหารจัดการกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตภาคใต้ จำนวน 54 คน ผลการวิจัย การรับรู้ของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ คือ 1) ประยุกต์ใช้หลักการแนวคิดทฤษฎีมาเพิ่มความชำนาญในวิชาชีพ 2) ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ปฏิบัติงานด้วยความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ในการพัฒนางาน 3) สามารถคิด วิเคราะห์ ค้นคว้าและบูรณาการความรู้เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน และ 4) ใช้เทคโนโลยีได้เหมาะสมกับงาน การรับรู้จริงตามที่คาดหวังของนักศึกษา คือ ทักษะการฟังและพูด ได้รับความรู้ตามสายอาชีพที่ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ประดิษฐ์ชิ้นงานนวัตกรรมด้านกีฬา ใช้โปรแกรม Photoshop สืบค้นข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพิ่มมากขึ้น ปฏิบัติงานด้วยความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต มีความคิดริเริ่ม มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและมีความสำนึกต่อส่วนรวม มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มีมารยาทและทีสัมมาคารวะและมีระเบียบวินัย ความรับผิดชอบและการปฏิบัติตามกติกาของสังคม สรุปผลการวิจัย ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม มีการรับรู้และความคาดหวังต่อมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้ของประสบการณ์ภาคสนาม ทั้ง 4 ด้านคือ ด้านความสามารถประยุกต์ใช้หลักการแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่ศึกษา ด้านความสามารถคิด วิเคราะห์ ค้นคว้า วิจัยและบูรณาการ ด้านความสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีและด้านมนุยสัมพันธ์และความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่สูงกว่าการรับรู้และไม่เป็นไปตามความคาดหวังที่มีต่อมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้ของประสบการณ์ภาคสนาม ทั้งนี้ผลการวิจัยสามารถเป็นแนวทางให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกนำไปใช้ในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันและเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ตามมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา พ.ศ. 2565 ต่อไป
