การพัฒนาศักยภาพโฮมสเตย์นครลำดวน อำเภอวังหิน จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ สู่การรองรับการท่องเที่ยววิถีใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาศักยภาพของโฮมสเตย์นครลำดวน 2) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมและความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวโฮมสเตย์นครลำดวน และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาโฮมสเตย์นครลำดวน
สู่การรองรับการท่องเที่ยววิถีใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ 1) นักท่องเที่ยวจำนวน 187 คน 2) ตัวแทนจากภาครัฐภาคเอกชน และกลุ่มโฮมสเตย์นครลำดวน จำนวน 35 คน และ 3) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 17 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินศักยภาพโฮมสเตย์ 2) แบบสอบถาม และ 3) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า โฮมสเตย์นครลำดวนมีศักยภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (= 4.52, S.D.= 0.57) มีศักยภาพมากที่สุดด้านอาหารและโภชนาการ (= 4.75, S.D.= 0.43) ด้านวัฒนธรรม (= 4.72, S.D.= 0.45) และด้านอัธยาศัยไมตรีของเจ้าของบ้านและสมาชิก (= 4.66, S.D.= 0.65) นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวของโฮมสเตย์นครลำดวนส่วนมากเป็นผู้เกษียณอายุราชการและเกษตรกรจากเครือข่ายโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ (54.01%) ใช้เวลาในการพำนัก 2 วัน (42.25%) ใช้จ่ายระหว่างเดินทางท่องเที่ยวน้อยกว่า 5,000 บาท (70.59%) วัตถุประสงค์ของการเดินทางเพื่อศึกษาดูงาน (40.18%) และเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น (20.53%) แหล่งข้อมูลในการตัดสินใจจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ (50.42%) และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และเว็บไซต์ (28.15%) แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพโฮมสเตย์นครลำดวนสู่การรองรับการท่องเที่ยววิถีใหม่ ได้แก่ การจัดรายการนำเที่ยวที่มีกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวสร้างสรรค์สร้างประสบการณ์หลากหลายรูปแบบให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว การนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเข้ามาใช้ในการส่งเสริมและประชาสัมพันธ์ และการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาโฮมสเตย์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัยเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว
