บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาโดยประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลองสุขภาพและทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนผ่านเพื่อเสริมสร้างความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาพจิต การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นที่ 1 ศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาพจิต ขั้นที่ 2 วิเคราะห์และกำหนดองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ขั้นที่ 3 วิเคราะห์สาระสำคัญของแบบจำลองการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนผ่านที่มีต่อความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาพจิต ขั้นที่ 4 สังเคราะห์สาระแต่ละองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษา และ ขั้นที่ 5 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของรูปแบบ
การจัดการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาฯ ที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่านประเมินความเหมาะสมและแบบประเมินความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาฯ โดยใช้แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความสอดคล้องเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับและ 3 ระดับ ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาโดยประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลองการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนผ่านเพื่อเสริมสร้างความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1.1) หลักการของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 1.2) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 1.3) ขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ และ 1.4) การประเมินผลของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) การประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาฯ พบว่า ความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.9 คือ มีความเหมาะสมมาก และมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบเท่ากับ 1.00 สรุปได้ว่า รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาโดยประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลองการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนผ่านเพื่อเสริมสร้างความฉลาดรู้ทางสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่นำเสนอมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับสูง
