Dens Evaginatus and Prophylactic Treatment: Report of a Case and Review Literatures

A 12-year old girl presented a rare case of dens evaginatus in six permanent premolars. Selective grinding and pit fissure sealant was indicated for one and pulp capping with preventive resin restoration for another. Four of them were restored by pulp capping on the top of tubercle with preventive resin restoration. The patient was followed at six and twelve months and found that every teeth was vital, asymptomatic and no pathology.
