Analysis of the impact of laws communicating with urban communities.

Abstract

Objectives: To study the effects of radio communications laws and air navigation laws on the way of life of the urban community that uses some specialized tools for work. Such usage brings severe offense which is unknown to users and most people.

Methods: The causes of violations of radio communications laws and air navigation laws in urban communities of agencies, organizations, both government and private sectors, as well as the general public was collected and studied. Moreover, the study of radio communications law air navigation laws related to the equipment was conducted. The collected information was then analyzed along with a consultation from the agency who is directly responsible for and advice from legal experts to find systematic solutions and prevention.

Results: Most radio users used the CB 245 MHz radio, both organizational and personal, which are not registered with the NBTC (Broadcasting Committee National television and telecommunications businesses). Therefore, this resulted in finding guilty according to radio communication act. Furthermore, some parts of the private radio used together with the official frequency, which was also considered illegal. The office, where the audio equipment such as wireless microphone and various wireless devices was used, was found to have both illegal and legal products. However, most were not registered with the NBTC. Moreover, it was also found that most of aerial photography drones were not registered with the NBTC. The droners did not also register with the CAAT (The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand). All of the above were found to be criminal offenses with a severe punishment.

Conclusion: The problem of most 245 MHz CB radio users can be solved by proceeding a legal registration except for illegal devices. For those who use private with the official frequency must stop using immediately and use the organizational radio adequately. In terms of wireless audio equipment which the frequency does not match with that of The NBTC is needed adjusting correctly. The aerial photography drone must be registed with the NBTC and the droners must register with CAAT as well.
