A case report presented endodontic treatment of documenting fusion involving a left mandibular lateral incisor and left mandibular canine in elderly woman aged 67 years. Variations in tooth morphology were discussed. Endodontists should be aware of the great variety of pulp canal morphology in these kinds of teeth, access opening and mechanical instrumentation are much more complicated procedure, due to a very small obliterate root canal of elderly patients. Schedule planning and treatment planning before, during and after endodontic treatment such as prosthetic works is necessary in order to improve quality of life in aged patients. For two years follow up, the fix restorations and partial denture could be used normally.
