The increasing acceptance and utilization of endodontic treatment for preservation of teeth make the restoration of these endodontically treated much more important than in the past. Numerous reports discussed different types of definitive restorations. The goals of restoration are to restore the occlusal function, to preserve the stability of dental arches and to improve the esthetics. Three cases of endodontically treated teeth were restored with various techniques. The first case, with discolored anterior tooth, non-vital bleach combined with resin composite restoration was used. The second case, with two-wall remaining premolar, the prefabricated post with rein composite core was used. The last case, the conservative restoration was preferred for molor tooth with questionable prognosis. The decision is based on the amount of the remaining sound teeth structure, position of the teeth, status of endodontic treatment and patient's need.
