Peer Assessment for Medical Student

Peer assessment is one form of innovative assessment, which aims to improve the quality of learning and empower learners. It helps students develop the ability to make judgments, a necessary skill for study and professional life. It also promotes lifelong learning. Peer assessment is authentic and requires discipline knowledge and skills. If peer assessment is conducted correctly, it will yield high reliability and validity. Peer assessment can serve as a powerful tool to improve learning skills if it is appropriately managed.
