ความรู้ เจตคติ และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของแรงงานข้ามชาติ ในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตยางแท่งแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดตรัง

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษารูปแบบเชิงสำรวจ (Survey research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ เจตคติและพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่ทำงานในการผลิตยางและผลิตภัณฑ์ของยาง โดยทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling) จำนวน 133 คน จากนั้นทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่า IOC มีค่าระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างมกราคม ถึง พฤษภาคม 2561 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นสัญชาติเมียนมาร์ ร้อยละ 85 เพศชายร้อยละ 75.90 มีอายุระหว่าง 20 – 29 ร้อยละ 43.60 ไม่ได้รับการศึกษาร้อยละ 40.60 ไม่สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยในการสื่อสารได้ร้อยละ 72.20 มีสถานภาพสมรสร้อยละ 75.20 ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ร้อยละ 70.70 ได้รับการอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยร้อยละ 83.50 มีระดับความรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 88.72 มีเจตคติอยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 63.15 มีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 78.20 ดังนั้น ควรมีการสื่อสารความปลอดภัยและการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้แรงงานมีความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติงานตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยได้อย่างถูกต้อง
