Covid19 The Guidelines and affected in Loei Province Thailand

Abstract

This mixed methodology research aimed to study the guideline and impact from Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Loei province. The documentary research was applies to synthesis for knowledge situation and guideline. The report from WHO, world bank, The center of Covid-19 management of Thailand and Loei Provincial Communicable Disease Control Committee. The impact assessment of Covid-19 by focus groups discussion. The tracing question was applied in three focus group discussion. 12 health personnel, 10 other government personnel and 8 people. The data was collected from January to August 2020. The results showed that the guideline prevention and control of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Loei province was more intense than center for covid-19 situation administration (CCSA). For example, close the provincial boarder when an infection occurs in the province. The remedial were as required by the government. The continuing operation guidelines have been revised. Loei province found 5 infected patients. There was the process for monitoring, controlling, screening and home quarantine of the exposure high risk group, risk group and people who cross provinces. Lather, when no infected case was found in the country, the CCSA was relaxing measure from home quarantine to self- quarantine. The impact of coronavirus disease 2019 and government measure such as lack of medical equipment, concern in knowledge, fear of coronavirus disease 2019, lower income, increased cost, unable to make a career and concern over remedial measure that may not be cover.  The operating guideline and lesions learn can be applied to prevention and control of emerging disease and re-emerging disease to be efficiency.
