Analysis of the effect of the variables in the model has shown that 1) Helping had the greatest direct positive influence on providing equal service. In addition, helping factors were as mediator factor toward the relationship between differences factors and equality of service. Although the polite variable, accept variable and understanding variable was no positive influence on both Helping and equality variables. But it was a fundamental variable in the development model that supports learners to understand the differences between individuals. Lead to help the others and affect to provide services with equality. 2) The teaching and learning process with humanistic care from the analysis of the teacher memorandum, reflection notes form for students and focus group leading to the conclusion was "Open your heart, learn, pay attention, participate in activities, reflection and adaption". Therefore, the development of humanistic care competencies through teaching and learning management should be encouraged the students to understand the differences between individuals. Along with the fact that teachers and mentors in a practical training resource, maintain themselves as a good model in patient-centered care.
