The End-Stage Patient “Truth and Hope” by Patient, Caregiver and Community Perspective in Upper Northeast, Thailand

These mixed methodology research were aimed to situation analysis of the general of care, living condition and hope of end-stage patient, care-giver or family and community. The data collected by interview form. The data analysis by descriptive statistic and inferential statistic by One Way ANOVA (Post hoc by Tukey HSD) and Kruskal-Wallis Test. Summarize the findings and complement by qualitative research by indebt-interview and focus group discussion. The data collected from October 2019 to September 2020. The result reveal that 135 sampling in three groups. Group 1 enough to pay = 35 sampling, group 2 sufficiency to pay 75 sampling and group 3 lack to pay 25 sampling. The total happiness mean was 6.671 (SD=0.5681), 5.973 (SD=1.6339) and 5.180 (SD=1.0516). When compare the total happiness by one way ANOVA were different in three groups. (F=9.163, P-value<.001) When compare the gross domestic happiness by Kruskal-Wallis Test were different in three groups. (Chi-square=46.186, P-value<.001). The civil societal perspective was focus on health services at home. Support for medical supplies and medical material. The well-being care, quality of life and cost of living in end stage patients.
