The Relationship between Participation Factors and Quality Improvement of personnel in Community Hospitals, Nong Khai Province

The objectives of this descriptive research were to explore1) personal factors of in community hospitals in Nong Khai Province, 2) levels of personal’s participation in community hospitals, Nong Khai Province, 3) the level of development of qualityservices among community hospitals in Nong Khai Province, and 4) the relationship between personal factors, personnel’s’participation and the developing of quality services among community hospitals in Nong Khai Province. The sample of this research were Five hundred and ninety-one professional group personel form four community hospitals in Nong Khai Province was the population of this study. Two hundred and fifty-seven samples were selected by purposive samping The administrated questionnaires were used as the instrument. Mean, percentage, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. This study found that 1) most of the sample were one hundred and nine staff female representing 74.5%. The average age was 37.6 years old, one hundred and seventy-eighth graduated in bachelor's degree at 70.6%, the average of working experience was 12.22 years. One hundred and thirty-eight staff are medical service position at 54.8% ,one hundred and eighty staff has the quality services educated, and one hundred and thirty-four are member of the development of quality services in the community hospitals at 53.2% 2) overall of the participation’s level are in the moderate and average value of 3.26 standard deviation 2.205 3) Overall of the level of development of quality services hospital are moderate, an average value of 3.55 standard deviation 2.52 4) the personal factors related with the development of quality services with the significance .The relationship between participation of practice and benefit are related and influence within the development of quality services with a statistical significance.
